Coming to terms with the idea that there is a problem, or realizing that you’re finally ready to take the step to decluttering your life could be one of the biggest and most challenging steps. That along with admitting the one would need assistance or guidance, and reaching out to find that help and that support system from the appropriate person or group of people is probably the most difficult aspect.

Personally, I was not one to openly talk about my feelings, and discuss them with other people until I came to the realization that not all things should be handled on my own, and most importantly using an outsider’s opinion when it comes to conflict resolution or management of everyday problems is a critical factor in the process of self-improvement. I chose to work with a life coach because it felt like it was a lighter approach to something more invasive or drastic like therapy and medication (if needed). Having someone to sort things out and showcase a problem from different angles has helped me become better at dealing with everyday struggles.

The sessions have helped me manage my anxiety, and pursue my own journey of finding myself and growing as an individual.

The session with Safia helped me to know myself more and to know what I truly want!

seeing the  big  picture and where and how I want to see myself there.

After the session, I worked on my goals and how to achieve them with more confidence.

Thank you Safia for the inner peace in which you played a big role

The session I took was surprisingly beneficial. At first I did it for the fun of it, but throughout the session I actually enjoyed talking to someone. After the session ended I felt a relief.
The coach was very understanding and talked about points that I find very relatable. She did not invade my privacy but instead worked with me along the lines that made me comfortable.
